They are only for rent and we do not accept Section 8.
What is the square footage of your apartments?
All townhomes will be the same. 1200 square feet. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, all the bedrooms and bathrooms will be on the second floor. Each townhome comes with a private entrance, patio, and garage.
Do you offer short-term leases?
No, only year long leases.
Is parking available?
There is an enclosed garage attached to the unit and then additional parking in the private driveway for each unit. There’s guest parking throughout the complex.
What are the rents?
Rents will be between $2100 and $2200. We require a security deposit and last month's deposit.
When will it be available?
We are currently under construction and hoping to have the first building ready for move in on August 1. You can apply directly on this website.
How do I get to see a unit?
We are currently under construction and we have no office at that location. So please do not just walk in. You will need to apply first and then we will reach out to you to schedule a showing. We need to schedule all showings and you can only secure a showing by applying first.
